Almost effortless collaboration is a key selling point for Microsoft Office: If the data already exists in one format, why re-enter it in another. Usually Office delivers nicely on its promise. Word is troublesome, however, because it doesnt offer an import feature. Theres no intuitive way to get Access data into a Word table, but that doesnt mean you can't do it -- you just need to know where to look for help.
