Enhancing Customer Service Relationships

This workshop is aimed at introducing the practice and theory of enhanced customer service, and give participants the opportunity to explore aspects of their environment and organizational history that can facilitate or disrupt a clear customer focus (barriers and carriers). Actions can then be agreed to enable development and ensure that the participants and their clients experience the best possible relationships in the future.
