Bullying at work causes a substantial amount of stress and ill-health, and is estimated to cost industry millions of pounds (dollars etc.) every year.
These workshops help staff and managers to understand how to draw the line - where asking people to do their job and performance management (much needed in most businesses) becomes bullying and has the opposite effect to that required.
This is an issue in the public and private sector - no one is immune and the more change and pressure to perform is needed, the more technology is brought in to help increase performance, the greater the risk of failing in your duty of care, losing money through to sickness and low performance, and furthermore - being sued!
