We offer tailor-made diversity training - that works!
Diversity awareness is increasingly important to organizational effectiveness. These workshops assess a range of differences that may be encountered and sensitises participants to the impact these differences may have on their work. Their own stereotypes and reactions are analysed and the importance of understanding and celebrating difference is emphasised. The sessions are available in half day or full day workshops; clearly the full day offers more scope for discussion and learning specific to the organisation.
All our workshops are tailored to the organisations’ needs, ensuring that specific cultures and diversity aspects are discussed, and using examples from your own organisation (e.g. example letters, client interactions) to ensure relevance. The full day session includes role-play to enable participants to behave and feel in relevant ways, rather than just think. These aspects increase the likelihood of ‘transfer’ of knowledge and behaviours back into the workplace.
More information will follow and is available from Stephanie at Crosslight - PM Stephanie for details.
