is a comprehensive psychological assessment of the way that we self-regulate and make decisions. Based on principles developed from many years of research in economics and psychology, the DASA is not a measure of general cognitive ability, or of personality, but a measure of the way that individuals self-regulate and make choices.

To all organizations, time is a very precious commodity.
The DASA is comprehensive and accurate, but it can be completed in less than half an hour (on average the assessment takes 20 minutes). The DASA will be available online at the beginning of 2009, and an individual’s profile will then be computed and transmitted to the client almost instantaneously in electronic form.
The DASA Test
is designed for use in personnel selection, individual development, and organizational audits of decision-making culture. See our range of services for information about how we can assist with these as part of our full service option, or by your own people as part of a coaching intervention
