Chris Dewberry
Chris has a BA and a PhD in psychology, is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a BPS certified assessor of Level A and level B Intermediate psychometric testing. Chris is currently carrying out research on individual and organizational self regulation and decision-making at Birkbeck, University of London. He has many years experience working with a large variety of organizations including Blue-Chips. He is the author of Statistical Methods for Organizational Research (Routledge, 2004).
Royston Morgan
Royston has a BSc in Operations Research, MSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering, MBA in Technology Management, and an MA in the Management of Public Sector Change. He has many years experience in programme management and consultancy for a range of organizations, both public and private. This includes the MOD, the NHS, the Royal Navy, and many Blue-Chip companies. He has research interests in technology change, business modelling and has developed the Crosslight cost-reduction programme, saving companies substantial sums whilst improving operations.
Stephanie Morgan
Stephanie has a BSc. In Psychology, a MSc. Organizational Behaviour, and a PhD In Occupational Psychology. She is a Chartered Psychologist with certificates in competence for ability and personality tests (HPI and NEO-PI-R). With a background in IT to Senior Management level, she consults to a range of companies on aspects of work including outsourcing, staff motivation, customer service relationships, technology change, and diversity. Her current research interests includes aspects of leadership and technology use. Stephanie is principal lecturer in leadership and management in healthcare at Kingston University Business School.
Sunitha Narendran
Sunitha is Head of Department in Leadership HRM and Organisation at Kingston University Business School. Prior to joining Kingston, Sunitha was a member of the academic faculty at the Business School of the National University of Singapore as well as working in a managerial capacity in several multinational corporations based in India. After a successful consulting assignment setting up the department of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations at St Josephs College, Bangalore, she joined them as a senior lecturer within the department. She moved to Malaysia in 1990 and worked as a consultant and later lecturer at MARA, the management development institute based in Kuala Lumpur for civil servants and public sector managers. Sunitha’s research interests focuses on the psychology of managerial decision making, cross-cultural aspects of strategic decision-making and individual differences in the cognitive aspects of risky decision-making.
