The training we offer aims to address three levels in the organisation: The strategic level focused on high level strategic decisions, the tactical focused on operations, and the management who actually make the day-to-day decisions such as recruitment.

These training services are targeted at affiliates and partner who wish to include the DASA test and consulting approach within their own consulting practice.
DASA Certified Practitioner
A train the trainer workshop where the trainees test and mentor each other under the direction of the course director. Included will be the workshop management techniques and practice in the delivery of the materials (includes presentation skills and key aspects of consultitative selling) the training seminar will include all testing and feed-back. Tools and techniques will be explained and practiced for real, with trainees leading and simulating a client session.

DASA Test Administrator
This is a training course (workshop style) covering the DASA test and its purpose is to train consultants or company professionals (HR managers for example) in the application and administration of the DASA test and in the interpretation of the results.

A packaged e-learning toolkit (available mid 2009) covering basic training elements around decision making and risk management. A CD ROM training suite with manual is provided including a workbook covering the theory and issues of problem solving with practical examples of decision and problem solving. The foundation course is assessed in an on-line or paper multiple choice questionnaire. To deliver and administer the DASA test successful completion of the conversion course and the assessment is required.

For practising coaching and consulting professionals who already possess certification in Level A and B testing can attend a one day conversion course workshop held by CrossLight Management. This course covers the specific administration of the test and its interpretation. This course is also offered to those wishing to upgrade their knowledge of the DASA and have completed the foundation course.
